Delivery & Collection

Delivery times may vary depending on availability and location. We also offer in-store collection for your convenience. Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided items are:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition with tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be excluded from returns.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are non-refundable unless found to be faulty.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us immediately. Faulty items will be assessed and handled in line with your consumer rights.
